Changelog:

Bases system (market):

- Added Water Barrel (100L and 300L)

- Added Gas Barrel (100L and 300L)

Water / gas in barrels updates every 4 hours (server reserve backup)

- Battery of prepaid cars will be always charged from this moment (due disabled option to remove or replace Vehicle Battery)

Bases system (permissions):

- Added feature to toggle visibility of specific password for player (for example: player can see only one password of the first gate)

- Permissions list is presorted now (for usability)

- Added option to move Vehicle HUD in Interface Constructor (specially for players who prefer long game chat)

- Added Debug window (blood and basic player stats):

F5 - toggle default Debug window

ALT + F5 - toggle Debug line (on top of the screen)

You can move Debug window by mouse cursor

Quests overlay option is moved to F6 panel

- Changed Mustang's handling (we didn't forget about speed)

- Added new vehicle: Mercedes
